Order never arrived. Trubar created a label, sent me a shipping notice and then let the order sit unfulfilled for over a week. It took me reaching out twice to get a reply telling me that the warehouse was experiencing back order delays and that my order would be sent as soon as possible. My order was never sent, and instead the shipment was cancelled. I never heard from Trubar to tell me that the shipment was cancelled but instead tracked all of this myself. Iā€™m still out the money for this order and Trubar has shown very little regard for something for which they are fully accountable.
