I was glad to have found this. I like that there are plenty of flavors to choose from. I have celiac disease and careful on what I eat. This doesnt bother my digestion at all. The only thing about this is that it is still on the sweet side. 12 grams of sugar is a bit much for a small bar. Otherwise would be perfect.
